Terms of Service

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Razvigor service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Razvigor is an AI chat application that lets you have branching, non-linear conversations with AI models. It is available on Windows and Android, and as a web application. You can use the built-in Gemini proxy or connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or OpenRouter API keys. Access requires a Razvigor account.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users in countries where a higher minimum age of digital consent applies (for example, 16 in Germany or the Netherlands) must meet that higher requirement. Account creation and credential management is handled inside the Razvigor application.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free plan — all new accounts start on the Free plan at no cost. No credit card is required.
  • Pricing — Pro is $10/month (500,000 tokens via Gemini proxy). API Keys is $5/month (use your own provider API keys).
  • Billing — subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancellation — you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.
  • Token packs — Pro subscribers may purchase additional usage credits as a one-time payment ($1.00–$500.00). Token pack purchases are handled under the refund policy in Section 5.
  • Payment processing — payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your payment details are governed by their terms and privacy policy.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

6. Your API keys

Razvigor connects to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter) using API keys that you supply. You are responsible for your use of those keys and for any costs incurred with those providers. We do not store your API keys on our servers.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent license restrictions in the application.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Razvigor application and the Rudina website, including all code, design, and content, are owned by Rudina and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
